Hydroxyethyl Cellulose Ether (HEC) is non-ionic cellulose ether. It is made from natural polymers and produced through a series of chemical process. HEC has the characteristics of thickening, suspending, adhesive, emulsion, film forming, water retention and protective colloid, etc. which is widely used in paints, cosmetics, oil drilling and other industries.
